- Accurately wash the hands before and after the use of suppositories (a). If the suppository is too soft put it for some minute in a refrigerator or under cold water (b). Remove the external aluminium (c) and wet the suppository with cold water or aqueous lubricant to facilitate the insertion.
- Lie down on the side and insert the sharp side of the suppository into the rectum.
- Gently push the suppository completely with a finger: otherwise, it could be expelled (d).
- Remain lying down, possibly on your belly, for some minutes before to get up. Benexè® Supposte di Glicerolo should have effect within thirty minutes.
Ingredients
One suppository of 2500 mg contains:
glycerol 2315 mg, sodium stearate and sodium bicarbonate.
