- Blow your nose before using the spray.
- Spray the solution into each nostril quickly and energetically, breathing deeply and holding your head upright.
- After spraying, take a deep breath with your mouth closed, then slightly press the other nostril with your finger so that the solution is distributed onto the entire mucous membrane.
- After use, rinse the nozzle with warm water and dry it with a tissue.
Ingredients
Aqua & Maris Sal, Ribes Nigrum fruit extract 0.5%, Aloe Barbadensis extract, Citrus Limon (Lemon) peel oil*, Nipagin 0.2%, Polysorbate 80, Pinus Mugo leaf oil, Melaleuca alternifolia (Tea Tree) leaf oil*. Allergens: Limonene 0.004% *Organic.
